Terms and conditions for entering our Easter Giveaway competition
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them when entering the prize promotions. The promoter is Briston Pub Co Limited trading as The Three Horseshoes whose registered office is at The Tannery - 7 Market Place, Holt, Norfolk, England, NR25 6BE.
The Promoter is responsible for all administrative aspects of the promotion (including determination of winners, prize giving and technical support).
18 year olds may not win the competition.
The nights stay excludes special events such as but not limited to; Valentines, Easter Weekend, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
Normal bookings terms and conditions for room reservations apply.
Alcohol and drinks are NOT included. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast is limited to one starter, main course and dessert per person of which is a maximum of two people.
Prizes are not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative.
There is only 1 (ONE) entry per person.
The promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel this promotion and/or these Terms and conditions if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applications law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary entries received prior to cancellation.
The competition will run ONLY on Facebook, and will run from 18th of March 2025 until 8pm Sunday 20th April 2025. The prize will be drawn on 20th April 2025.
ONLY applicants who have followed the entry rules will be accepted into winning the prize.
Entrants' Facebook names will be put into a random name generator which will determine the winner. Members of The Three Horseshoes and any affiliates or direct family members are NOT entitled to win.
Winner Notification
Briston Pub Co, trading as The Three Horseshoes, will notify the winner via instagram. You will be given a telephone number and an email address for you to call or email for collection of the prize. The winner will ONLY be contacted through The Three Horseshoes official Facebook page.
